Warren County Contacts

Warren County Released Inmates is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the government office that holds the record.

Official Offices by Record

Start with the office responsible for the event. Warren County Prison handles local custody and movement information. County Open Records receives written requests for existing county records. The Clerk keeps filed criminal-court papers, Adult Probation addresses county supervision, and PA DOC handles state custody and state parole records.

Warren County Prison

Warren County Prison
407 Market Street
Warren, PA 16365
Administrative phone: 814-723-2486
Directory facility number: 814-723-7553

Ask which office can confirm a past release or transfer. State that the question concerns a custody movement record rather than visitation, deposits, or a current inmate account. The published sources do not provide release-desk hours, so call before traveling.

Written requests may be delivered in person, by mail, fax, or email. Identify the person, a narrow date range, and the existing release, movement, or booking-photo record sought. The county normally provides an initial response within five business days and may use a lawful extension.

Court and Supervision Contacts

Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts
Warren County Courthouse, 204 Fourth Avenue
Warren, PA 16365
Phone: 814-728-3440
Public counter hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Clerk can provide a specifically identified sentencing, bail, disposition, or other filed order. Warren County Adult Probation, at 814-728-3520, addresses county court supervision after disposition. It does not administer Pennsylvania state parole.

State Corrections Records

For a person sentenced to Pennsylvania state custody, use the PA DOC Inmate and Department Supervised Individual Locator. Historic commitment, movement, parole-release, final-discharge, sentence-status, or DOC identification-photo requests go through the official PA DOC Right-to-Know request service. Use the district office displayed on a matching supervised-person record rather than guessing a Warren assignment.

Choose the path that fits the question:

  • For one released person or a county release record, use the Warren County release search and records path.
  • For county probation or state parole, consult Post-Release Supervision.
  • For same-day release information, use the 24-Hour Releases fallback because Warren publishes no verified feed.
  • For a calculated or historic date question, open the Release Date Lookup; alerts are handled through the VINE Inmate Check.
  • For a named facility, use the county, state, federal, immigration, or USMS facility page listed below.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, begin with the PA DOC locator and then use DOC Right-to-Know for fuller records.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP or ICE locator and the relevant court or agency record.
